We are delighted to announce that Bolsover Street and a few of its adjoining streets will now be included as Phase IV of the W1W Street Tree Initiative. The news was announced at the ‘open house’ held by the new Pizza Express Restaurant on Great Portland Street on 7 December 2009. Fund raising for this endeavour will begin immediately with the intention that the trees for the street can arrive within the current planting season (subject to survey and local authority consent).

The W1W Tree Planting Initiative would not be possible without extremely generous donations from the local community, and contributions from Westminster Tree Trust, together with financial support from Westminster City Council.
